Our crew taps your QR with a handheld scanner. The whole flow takes under five seconds.

Grab your wristband
Coloured by zone. This is also your re-entry pass - don't take it off until Sunday.

Your seat is printed on your wristband and on your booking. Tech crew on the floor if you need a hand.

I lost my QR code, what now?
Sign in on the website and pull it up from My Bookings. If you've lost access to your email, the crew at the door can verify with your ID.
Can I check in someone else's booking?
No - every attendee scans in personally. We pair the QR with photo ID at the door for safety.
What if I show up late?
Late check-in stays open until 22:00 Friday. After that, ping us on Discord and our overnight crew will let you in.
I need a refund or to transfer my ticket.
Refunds run through Quicket up to 7 days before the LAN. Ticket transfers happen via our Discord - open a ticket in #support.
